Commercial Reality Diagnostic
A redacted diagnostic involving a multi-property commerce portfolio experiencing a contradiction between rising traffic and engagement on one hand, and declining conversion on the other.
The review examined customer paths, purchase authority, site structure, behavioral evidence, and the points at which individual reports failed to explain the commercial outcome.
The finding was not a traffic problem or a simple conversion problem. It was a structural issue: multiple credible destinations and unclear purchase authority were extending customer evaluation rather than allowing a buying decision to conclude.

Titan Haven Group completed a paid strategic-governance engagement for a confidential international client requiring a durable system for controlling how the organization communicated as its work expanded.
